Just want to see how others feel about this...there are so many debates out there on this and I'm still a bit unsure...

You should always give from the gross. God should be number one in your life, so why would you place Him second place by not giving from your gross?
Now that's not to say that God couldn't make enough on His own, He is God afterall, and if He want's more money, He can just make it. But, He want's you to be able to give from the heart, and that means tithe from the gross, not the net. Otherwise, you are giving more priority to the government than to God, and that's just wrong!

if you read the bible it says that you pay tithe from what you made as profit. means u pay from net.
