Decoding Revelations

24 Elders, Who are they?

Dear Friends,

Historically, Adventist have thought that the 24 elders in Revelation are part of the "wave sheaf" or firstfruits. However, I recently heard a sermon by Pastor Stephan Bohr that said that the 24 elders are the representatives from the unfallen worlds.

I have been doing some research on this and have found no support from the Bible or EGW to support that they are part of the wave sheaf or any other possible representative from earth.

Much of the support I found for the earthly representatives is the fact that they are dressed in white and have crowns. That is used as support for then being persecuted and thus coming from earth.

I think the 24 elders are people like enoch. I dont know like you what are there role in heaven is. Maybe they are the one who enforse the rules in heaven ?
